Santa Draws the Winner

A splendid time was enjoyed by over 650 people attending the Museum Market on Saturday 4th December.

There were about 25 craft stalls offering – jewels to candles, freshly baked food to Christmas cards, bird boxes to fudge – the range of goodies was endless.

MMF hosted a stall at the foot of the great staircase, offering pictures, binoculars, picture frames and… a raffle offering an opportunity to win a Maidstone edition of Monopoly – worth £30.

Over 60 tickets were sold and at 4pm Santa drew the winning ticket.

The photograph above shows Santa in his Grotto with his two ‘Elf’ helpers.
