Friends of Maidstone’s Museums

For as little as £20 per year you can support the town’s three wonderful museums and know that you are making a difference to the future of this cultural centre in your community.

Become a Friend and you will enjoy a range of benefits:

have a chance to attend exclusive Museum previews and exhibitions;
attend monthly MMF talks in the Friends’ shop;
be invited to relevant Friends’ Receptions - - for all Friends - for Youth Members - for Corporate Members;
help run MMF competitions, including - - Maidstone Young Artists Award (MYAA – biannual) - Heritage Design Challenge (for young people – biannual);
receive discounted entry to children’s activities and 10% reduction in the Museum shop;
be invited to take part in activities throughout the year;
receive regular news of activities and events by email, in addition to all the news on this website and on our social media pages.

Subscription Rates

Adult Single (aged 18+ years) £20 a year
Adult Couple (at the same address) £30 a year
Family (2 adults & 4 children at the same address) £40 a year
10 year membership for a single person £120,  for a couple £200
25 year membership for a single person £300,  for a couple £400
Young Person (18-21) – single payment of £10 for 3 years
Corporate (see ‘Corporate’ page) £225 a year

When you join your new membership will come into effect as soon as your payment method has been set up and your details have been verified by our membership secretary.

Please note that our memberships last for 12 months from the date of joining.

After selecting your choice of MMF Membership you will be taken directly to the Paypal Payment Gateway where you can pay using a cedit/debit card or a PayPal Account, entering your details as requested. Once the payment process is completed you will be returned to the MMF website.

Personal Details
MMF hold your contact details only for the purpose of keeping you informed about matters relating to Maidstone’s Museums and the Foundation. These details will be kept for a maximum of 15 calendar months after your last active paid membership expires. We will never share your personal or financial details with any other organisation. We keep your information safely and securely, and only Trustees of MMF are given access to your data Should you wish to request access, corrections or removal of your personal information please contact us by contacting:

Photographs on the Website

We always ensure that personal data contained in photographs on this site are protected. We do this by:

making sure people in any photograph are unidentifiable unless they have given their permission; and
making sure we have authority to use the photograph.
