Throughout the year the Friends hold events for members that explore the subjects of heritage and culture. Events are also held to fundraise.

Thus we have attended local fetes (including the Kent Show), held music concerts (indeed, an annual Christmas Carol concert is firmly on our calendar), visited historic venues, and held talks – for example.

As a result of Covid 19 MMF has not been able to host any of these in 2020, but we are pleased to announce our events programme, starting in September 2010. All this is happening at the Pop-Up shop in Fremlin Walk.
